Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on February 23, 2016, the Committee commenced an Overview of the Organisations under Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada.

Michel Girard made a statement and, with Stephen Head, answered questions.

At 4:30 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
