I call the meeting to order.
I'm going to suggest, however, that we change the agenda, if we have unanimous consent, to move committee business into the first part of the meeting. We have the technological connection with the witness; he's just not in the room. He's from B.C. and he's currently in Quebec City, but we just don't know where he is, so I would like to do our in camera business meeting first. If he appears, we will stop that part of the meeting and hear testimony and go back into committee business. Are we agreed to do that?
    Some hon. members: Agreed.
The Chair: I'm going to suspend the meeting, which has been in public, and we will now move in camera for committee business.
    [Proceedings continue in camera]
