Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of cybersecurity in the financial sector as a national economic security issue.

Gregory Smolynec made a statement and, with Leslie Fournier-Dupelle, answered questions.

At 4:55 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:57 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Glenn Foster made a statement and answered questions.

At 5:31 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 5:43 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
