Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of cybersecurity in the financial sector as a national economic security issue.

Charles Docherty, Trevin Stratton and Scott Smith made statements and, with Andrew Ross, answered questions.

At 4:11 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:20 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 4:47 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:50 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Andrew Clement, by videoconference from Salt Spring Island, Bristish Columbia, and David Masson made statements and answered questions.

At 5:57 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
