The Subcommittee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Subcommittee business.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $7,300.00, for the study of Human Rights Situation in Democratic Repulic of the Congo, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $500.00, for the briefing on the Human Rights Situation in Ukraine, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That a press release be issued concerning the Subcommittee's study on the human rights situation in Turkey.

Pursuant to an Order of Reference from the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, and the motion adopted by the Subcommittee on Thursday, May 18, 2017, the Subcommittee resumed its study of child labour and modern slavery.

At 1:53 p.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
