Mike Marsh, by videoconference from Regina, Saskatchewan, made a statement and, with Tim Eckel, by videoconference from Regina, Saskatchewan, answered questions.

At 4:27 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:33 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Rocco Delvecchio, by videoconference from Oakville, Ontario, and Judith Bossé, by videoconference from Varennes, Quebec, made statements and, with Theresa Cook, by videoconference from Oakville, Ontario, and Alexandre Prieur, by videoconference from Varennes, Quebec, answered questions.

At 5:16 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:17 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

At 5:20 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
