Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the Committee commenced consideration of Report 6, Royal Military College of Canada—National Defence, of the Fall 2017 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada, referred to the Committee on Tuesday, November 21, 2017.

Michael Ferguson and Jody Thomas made statements and, with Luc Cassivi and Gordon Stock, answered questions.

At 5:04 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:08 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the Committee resumed consideration of Report 1, Phoenix Pay Problems, of the Fall 2017 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada, referred to the Committee on Tuesday, November 21, 2017.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Report 1, Phoenix Pay Problems, of the Fall 2017 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That the analysts and the Clerk, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the Committee’s website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

At 5:36 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
