Michael Ferguson made a statement and answered questions.
It was agreed, — That the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development be invited to appear before the Committee on Monday, May 29, 2017 in relation to the study of the Report 3, Preventing Corruption in Immigration and Border Services, of the Spring 2017 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada.
It was agreed, — That the Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police be invited to appear before the Committee on Wednesday, May 31, 2017, in relation to the study of the Report 4, Mental Health Support for Members—Royal Canadian Mounted Police, of the 2017 Spring Reports of the Auditor General of Canada.
At 1:50 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
