Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of small and medium enterprises (SME) in federal procurement.

Barbara Orser made a statement and, with Allan Riding, answered questions.

At 12:04 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:07 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $28,400, for the study of small and medium entreprises (SME) in federal procurement, be adopted.

At 12:15 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
