Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, June 8, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of criminalization of non-disclosure of HIV status.

Fanta Ongoiba, by videoconference from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Haran Vijayanathan, Eric Mykhalovskiy and Duane Morrisseau-Beck made statements and answered questions.

At 9:49 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:55 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Shannon Ryan, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, Jennifer Klinck and Kate Salters, by teleconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, made statements and answered questions.

At 10:47 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:49 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a report.

At 11:09 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
