The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

Manufacturing Sector
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on March 10, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the manufacturing sector.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

Bill C-25, An Act to amend the Canada Business Corporations Act, the Canada Cooperatives Act, the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, and the Competition Act
Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Friday, December 9, 2016, the Committee commenced consideration of Bill C-25, An Act to amend the Canada Business Corporations Act, the Canada Cooperatives Act, the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, and the Competition Act.

Francis Lord made a statement and answered questions.

At 10:45 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
