Minutes of Proceedings
It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee invite the Premier of the Northwest Territories to appear on Wednesday, November 23, 2016, to discuss current infrastructure challenges in the North.
It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee undertake a study on Supplementary Estimates (B) 2016-17 and invite Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development to appear before the Committee on Monday, November 28, 2016.
ORDERED, — That the Committee concur with the conclusions found in the Government of Canada report entitled “Fresh Start: A Review of Canada’s Insolvency Laws”, tabled in the House and referred to the Committee on October 21, 2014, during the 2nd session of the 41st Parliament, and that the Chair report the same to the House.
The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.
At 5:28 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
