Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, April 4, 2019, the Committee resumed its study of the subject matter of Bill C-92, An Act respecting First Nations, Inuit and Métis children, youth and families.

Dwight Newman, by videoconference from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Melanie Omeniho, Naiomi Metallic and Hadley Friedland made statements and answered questions.

At 9:35 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
