At 9:43 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:47 a.m., the sitting resumed.

James Morris and Janet Gordon, by videoconference from Sioux Lookout, Ontario, made statements and answered questions.

At 10:46 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
