Mark Gilbert, David Moore, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, and Gary Lacasse made statements.

At 3:55 p.m., Bill Casey took the Chair.

Gerry Croteau made a statement.

The witnesses answered questions.

At 5:12 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
