Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, April 16, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of LGBTQ2 health in Canada.

Travis Salway, Alex Abramovich, Greg Oudman, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, and Tristan Coolman made statements and answered questions.

At 5:11 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:14 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

ORDERED, — That, in relation to the access to information request received by the Access and Privacy Office of the City of Winnipeg and communicated to the Committee on Monday, March 18, 2019, the Committee instruct the Clerk to authorize the disclosure of the Committee documents contained in the request.

It was agreed, — That the Committee meet, in an informal meeting, with a delegation from New Zealand on Thursday, May 2, 2019, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.

It was agreed, — That the Committee meet, in an informal meeting, with a delegation from Germany on Monday, May 27, 2019, from 12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.

It was agreed, — That the testimony given by all witnesses during the Committee's travel to Montréal, Quebec, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Calgary, Alberta, and Vancouver, British Columbia, as part of the study of the impacts of methamphetamine abuse in Canada, also be considered as part of the Committee's study of LGBTQ2 health in Canada.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, April 16, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of the impacts of methamphetamine abuse in Canada.

The Committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a report.

At 5:32 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
