Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, November 14, 2016, the Committee resumed consideration of the subject matter of Bill C-26, An Act to amend the Canada Pension Plan, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act and the Income Tax Act.

James Hicks made a statement.

At 3:47 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:32 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 4:33 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit for fifteen minutes.

Yves-Thomas Dorval and Tammy Schirle by videoconference from Waterloo, Ontario made statements.

At 4:47 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:20 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Herb John, Susan Eng, Aaron Wudrick and Philip Cross made statements.

Susan Eng, Yves-Thomas Dorval and Tammy Schirle answered questions.

At 5:50 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
