Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, April 14, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of Canada Revenue Agency’s efforts to combat tax avoidance and evasion.

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "The Canada Revenue Agency, Tax Avoidance and Tax Evasion: Recommended Actions".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That dissenting and/or supplementary opinions be no more than 10 pages in length and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the Clerk of the Committee, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 3, 2016.

It was agreed, — That a news release be prepared by the Analysts and the Clerk, in consultation with the Chair, for publication on the Committee's Website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report.

At 5:30 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
