FOREIGN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE TO MEET WITH AMBASSADOR MCCALLUM
Ottawa, May 01, 2017 -
The House of Commons Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development will meet with the Honourable John McCallum, P.C., Canada’s Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China, and the Honourable Stéphane Dion, P.C., Canada’s Ambassador-Designate to the European Union and Germany.
During a meeting held on 4 April 2017, the Committee agreed to invite the witnesses to appear in relation to their Order in Council appointments.
When: Tuesday, May 2, 2017
• 8:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. - Hon. Stéphane Dion, Ambassador-Designate to the European Union and Germany
• 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. - Hon. John McCallum, Ambassador of Canada to the People's Republic of China
