Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), and the motion adopted on Wednesday, October 5, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the situation in Eastern Europe and Central Asia 25 years after the end of the Cold War.

Ihor Michalchyshyn and Orest Zakydalsky made statements and answered questions.

At 10:06 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:13 a.m., the sitting resumed.

H.E. Edgars Rinkevics made a statement and answered questions.

At 10:50 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
