Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vi) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Access to Information Act.

Sean Holman, Aaron Wudrick with Edward Ring and Sean Murray, by videoconference from St-John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, made statements and answered questions.

At 10:44 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
