Access to Information Act
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vi) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of Access to Information Act.

It was agreed, — That the Committee Chair write to the President of the Treasury Board to ask for an update about when an access to information bill may be introduced.

Security of Canada Information Sharing Act (SCISA)
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vi) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Security of Canada Information Sharing Act (SCISA).

The Committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the Analysts for a report.
Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Clerk make the necessary arrangements with witnesses who appeared before the Committee as part of its study on the Security of Canada Information Sharing Act (SCISA) regarding the additional information they were asked to provide.

At 4:20 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
