Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vii) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of privacy of digital government services.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Privacy and Digital Government Services".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the Clerk of the Committee, no later than 4:00 p.m. on June 14, 2019.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

ORDERED, — That the analysts and the Clerk, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the Committee’s website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

ORDERED, — That the Clerk of the Committee make the necessary arrangements for a press conference to be held on after the presentation of the Committee's report to the House and that the Committee be represented by the Chair and a representative from each party.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vii) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, January 29, 2019, the Committee resumed its study of the International Grand Committee on big data, privacy and democracy.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "International Grand Committee on Big Data, Privacy and Democracy".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

ORDERED, — That the analysts and the Clerk, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the Committee’s website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

At 4:34 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
