Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of Plastic Pollution.

Peter Ross, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, Jim Goetz, Bob Masterson and Nathan Cullen made statements and, with Isabelle Des Chênes, answered questions.

At 5:10 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:13 p.m, the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $ 28,000, for the study of Plastic Pollution, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That all testimony received under the study of Clean Growth and Climate Change in Canada: Forestry, Agriculture and Waste be deemed to have been received under the study of Plastic Pollution.

At 5:31 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 5:35 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
