Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, the Committee commenced its study of Plastic Pollution.

Helen Ryan made a statement and, with Nancy Hamzawi, Jacinthe Seguin and Dany Drouin, answered questions.

At 4:56 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:59 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Benoit Delage and Michael Wilson made statements and, with Usman Valiante, by teleconference from Toronto, Ontario, answered questions.

At 5:33 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
