Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 1, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of clean growth and climate change in Canada: international leadership.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

At 4:00 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

The Hon. Ed Fast gave notice of the following motion:

That the Committee request that the Minister of Environment Catherine McKenna appear before the Committee to explain the government's recently announced carbon pricing scheme.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 4:14 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
