Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of settlement services across Canada.

Carl Cadogan, by teleconference from Kitchener, Ontario, Angela Mowbray and Joy Escalara, by videoconference from Brandon, Manitoba, and Sabrina Dumitra and Katie Rosenberger, by videoconference from Burnaby, British Columbia, made statements and answered questions.

At 4:35 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:36 p.m., the sitting resumed.

William Sinclair, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, made a statement.

At 4:49, pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

James Gruneau made a statement and, with Loren Balisky and William Sinclair, answered questions.

At 5:07 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
