Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of the Immigration and Refugee Board's appointment, training and complaint processes.

Crystal Warner made a statement and, with Laverne Jacobs, by videoconference from Windsor, Ontario, answered questions.

At 12:01 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:03 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Paul Aterman made a statement.

On motion of Gary Anandasangaree, it was agreed, — That pursuant to Standing Order 108(1) and in relation to its study of Immigration and Refugee Board's appointment, training and complaint processes, the Committee send for the interim third-party report prepared by Neil Yeates from the Department of Citizenship and Immigration.

Paul Aterman and Greg Kipling answered questions.

At 1:01 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
