Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 81(4), the Committee invite the Minister of Canadian Heritage to appear before the Committee at the earliest opportunity regarding the Main Estimates 2017-18, and that every effort should be made in order for the meeting to be televised.

The Media and Local Communities
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the media and local communities.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 5:16 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
