Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, March 9, 2016, the Committee commenced its study of Canada Transportation Act Review - Grain Sector.

Shawn Tupper made a statement and with Lenore Duff answered questions.

At 4:33 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:41 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

The Committee resumed consideration of the motion moved by Francis Drouin on April 11, 2016, which read as follows:

That the Committee undertake the study Growing Forward 3 at the meeting of Monday, May 2, 2016.

Debate arose thereon.

At 5:30 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
