Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 16, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of amendments to Health of Animals Regulations (Humane Transportation).

Jaspinder Komal made statements and answered questions.

At 11:30 a.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit until 11:45 p.m.

At 11:41 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:25 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Alain Manningham, Ron Bonnett and Toolika Rastogi made statements and answered questions.

At 1:10 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
