Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 25, 2016, the Committee commenced its study of service delivery to veterans.

Guy Parent made a statement and answered questions.

At 12:06 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:15 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Pursuant to Standing Order 81(5), the Committee commenced consideration of the Supplementary Estimates (C) 2015-16: Votes 1c and 5c under Veterans Affairs, referred to the Committee on Friday, February 19, 2016.

The Chair called Vote 1c under Veterans Affairs.

Elizabeth Stuart made a statement and, with Maureen Sinnott, answered questions.

Vote 1c under Veterans Affairs carried.

The Chair called Vote 5c under Veterans Affairs.

Vote 5c under Veterans Affairs carried.

ORDERED, — That the Chair report Votes 1c and 5c under Veterans Affairs in the Supplementary Estimates (C) 2015-16 to the House.

At 12:48 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:50 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study on service delivery to veterans, members send their lists of witnesses to the Clerk of the Committee prior to the beginning of the meeting on Thursday, March 10, 2016.

At 12:55 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
