Government Orders

Mr. Uppal (Minister of State (Democratic Reform)) for Mr. Nicholson (Minister of Justice), seconded by Mr. O'Connor (Minister of State), moved, — That the Bill be concurred in at report stage.

The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to on division.

Accordingly, the Bill was concurred in at report stage and ordered for a third reading at the next sitting of the House.


The Order was read for the second reading and reference to the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights of Bill S-12, An Act to amend the Statutory Instruments Act and to make consequential amendments to the Statutory Instruments Regulations.
