It was agreed, — That the Second Report from the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure, which read as follows, be concurred in:
Your Subcommittee met on Thursday, February 9, 2012, to consider the business of the Committee and agreed to make the following recommendations:
1. That the meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 14, 2012, be devoted to the review of Broadcasting of Proceedings of the House.
2. That the meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 16, 2012, be devoted to an information session with the Library of Parliament analyst on the subject of the review of the Standing Orders, specifically focused on the issues of the reform of Question Period and the use of “in camera” meetings.
3.
That the Committee devote a minimum of eight meetings to the study of the review of the Standing Orders, with first meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 28, 2012, and that members send their list of suggested items to the office of the clerk by Friday, February 17, 2012.
4. That at the conclusion of the study of the review of the Standing Orders, the Committee undertake a study of the Conflict of Interest Code for Members, and that approximately five meetings be held on this study.
5. That the Committee request that the Chief Electoral Officer submit recommendations to the Committee with respect to desirable amendments to the Referendum Act.
