Mr. Mills (Red Deer), seconded by Mr. Mark (Dauphin -- Swan River), moved, -- That this House recognize that the health care system in Canada is in crisis, the status quo is not an option, and the system that we have today is not sustainable; and, accordingly, that this House call upon the government to develop a plan to modernize the Canadian health care system, and to work with the provinces to encourage positive co-operative relations.
