Mr. John Cummins: Mr. Chairman, at the last meeting I made a request of the associate deputy minister, Jack Stagg, and he undertook to provide the committee with the catch data on the food fishery in Malpeque Bay and the date on which it reached its catch limit. I was wondering if we had received that information from him at this point.

The Chair: We haven't received it as yet, but I'll check, John.

Mr. John Cummins: And the second item I had asked him for was the copies of the 1760-61 treaties and the corresponding modern beneficiaries of those treaties. I wondered if those had been provided to this point.

The Chair: We'll check on both those points. It was said at committee that they would be obtained, so we'll check on those two items.

Mr. John Cummins: I wonder if you could ask him to provide those quickly, Mr. Chairman. I think he's had plenty of time.

The Chair: The clerk of the committee did indeed phone, and we'll check it. I'll make a call as soon as I leave here.

Mr. John Cummins: Thank you very much.

The Chair: With that, the meeting is adjourned. Thank you very much.
