The order was read for the consideration of the business of supply.

Mr. Poilievre (Carleton), seconded by Mr. Uppal (Edmonton Mill Woods), moved, — That an order of the House do issue for any document prepared by any department, agency and Crown corporation since November 4, 2015, discussing warnings or concerns of economic downturns, their potential impact on the fiscal framework, or advice or recommendations on how to deal with them; and that the documents be provided to the House within 45 days following the adoption of this motion.

Deferred Recorded Divisions

Pursuant to Standing Order 81(17), the House proceeded to the taking of the deferred recorded division on the motion of Ms. Bergen (Portage—Lisgar), seconded by Mr. Nater (Perth—Wellington), — That, notwithstanding Standing Order 81, for the supply period ending March 26, 2020, three additional allotted days shall be added for a total of 10, provided that one of the additional days is allotted to the Conservative Party, one of the additional days is allotted to the Bloc Québécois, and one of the additional days is allotted to the New Democratic Party, and, if necessary to accommodate these additional days, the supply period may be extended to April 2, 2020, and no allotted day shall fall on a Wednesday or a Friday.
