Action plan components:
· Regarding
the completion of performance measurement strategies, AAFC will be completing
performance strategies for its remaining programs. In addition performance
measurement strategies will be developed for Growing Forward 2 program
streams in order to provide a more complete set of indicators.
· Regarding
the collection of complete performance data, AAFC will develop systematic
processes to measure the performance of all programs.
· Regarding
the implementation of quality assurance processes for ongoing performance
measurement information, AAFC will conduct an assessment of the quality of
performance measurement strategies developed in the previous year to identify
areas for improvement as part of the 2012-13 annual report on the state of
performance measurement. |
